On the feedback below to push the Outlook team to work on this. I totally understand this functionality is very important to people who travel or have business meetings outside their timezone. However, if your boss is using Outlook for iOS, it is not feasible to use the timezone feature. To change the primary time zone, you'll need to change the Time Zone on the Mac. You can right click on the scale and choose Time zones. Now when you view the calendar in a day planner format, youll see two time scales displayed. Note that the default zone for new appointments has nothing to do with the default zone used in the time scale. To turn on dual time zone display, go to Tools, Options, Preferences tab, Calendar Options, Time Zone button and add a second time zone. You can also enable or change the second zone in Outlook's Preferences, Calendar.

Once you close the dialog, the second zone will appear in the calendar.

Now on the Room Finder Task Pane that should be displayed in the right hand side, select a date and time. Select the time zone of the other person from the drop-down.

Select the zone and enter an short name for the zone Open up the New Appointment form (Go to your Calendar in Outlook and click New Appointment).
